How the PORRS website handles information — in plain language.
The PORRS website is an informational site. We do not collect personal or health information through it, and we do not use online intake or data-entry forms here.
The Client Referral Form is a downloadable PDF completed offline by a referral source and submitted directly to PORRS. Please do not send sensitive health information through unencrypted email; contact us first and we will arrange a secure way to share it. A signed Release of Information is obtained at intake when applicable.
This site does not set tracking cookies or use third-party advertising trackers.
Any client or referral information you share with PORRS by phone, email, or the referral form is handled in accordance with PORRS’s confidentiality practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.
